  • We collect fees via credit card through our secure client portal. You will need to submit your receipts directly to your insurance provider as we do not offer direct billing. Payment for sessions is required in full prior to the beginning of each session. 
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hours written notice to cancel a session. If you reschedule for another day, your session fee will still be charged for the cancellation as we are unable to rebook that time for another client. Should you have an emergency that requires a short notice cancellation, please contact us directly.
